Vinted Engineering Manager interview questions

Took 1.5 months to get to a decision, which was negative in my case. It is quite complex, especially given the last round - try out day. In my opinion, 10 hours of candidate's time to work with the team and provide summary of quite big commercial value for free is too much. Especially disturbing is that there are more than one candidate at the same time entering last stage.
