This organisation adheres Nice Interview process .They conduct Written test first.Once the candidate qualify the written test then he/she can go for Personal Interview .The last round is HR round and in this round a candidate can negotiate salary with HR.After finalization of salary he/she may join.The entire process is very strict and company always search for guys of good managerial skill.

Interview was in 2 stages with a technical and HR interview. Technical interview was more into knowledge based with respect to your previous experience and project management. HR interview was more on personal skills
