Viral Launch interview questions

Everyone was really communicative and there were a few rounds of interviews that were scheduled with efficiency. I think the entire process only took a couple weeks. Was very happy with the entire process and the people that interviewed me.

I interviewed in person in Indianapolis. The office was more like a frat house than a functional company, they said they couldn't afford to staff key roles but have marble walls, 2 fridges full of beer, and treadmill desks. All in all I felt that I was in a company in it's infancy, but that was spewing investor dollars on luxuries. HUGE red flag.
