They use a video interview system, which is easy to navigate. You are asked to count to five, and to talk about postitive customer experiences and service experiences. The video interview came as a surprise but you can take your time getting ready.

Interview

Phone call interview with the HR, then in-person interview with the store manager. The whole process took about 10 days. Mostly critical thinking questions and past experiences examples. Easy interview in my opinion.
