Interview
You have to meet a specific criterium and fill out an application. Next, you sit with the coordinator and have an interview. I felt it was pretty easy going and straightforward.
Was brought into the office of the Tutoring Coordinator. Very informal and relaxed, which was nice. This was not my first interview, but as I understand it was a lot of others first interviews, so this was a great thing to have going for them. She asked me some typical interview questions, then moved on to describing me the job.

Interview
I sent in my resume and I was asked to come in for a interview where I was automatically handed over employment paperwork. My interviewer was kind of late and the interview was not worth the hour drive I took up to Richmond. I am glad I did get the job though.
