Virginia Credit Union interview questions

I had a 30-minute interview with a recruiter. The recruiter said the next interview would be virtual with two managers. The recruiter said, "Don't assume the individuals conducting the interview have reviewed your resume and make sure you have questions for them. Please allow 2 hours for the interview." She asked for a date and time I would be available and said she would see if the managers were available. The interview was never confirmed. I waited until 30 minutes before the scheduled time and didn't receive any confirmation. I moved on with my day. My time is just as important. If they want me prepared for an interview, I expect at the least confirmation of the interview and whoever is interviewing me to at least take 5 minutes and review my resume/information.
