Virginia Credit Union League interview questions

Contacted by a recruiter first. The recruiter was working for CUNA, the financial services arm of Virginia Credit Union. From there I interviewed with a sales manager from CUNA. Last stage was an interview with two sales managers from Virginia Credit Union. If you are interviewing for this position, be prepared that the CUNA view on things is different than that of the Credit Union sales managers. The Credit Union guys are not at all qualified to manage anyone. Ethics are a major concern with this company.
