One of the strangest interviews I've ever had. I know that people have become less socially adept since Covid, but I have never had interviewers this anti-social. I was interviewed by two people during my lunch break because they have so few interview slots available. One of the interviewers read the question off their screen and typed my answer, while the other also typed. I'm not sure why one person couldn't have taken notes while the other conducted the interview. They asked no follow up questions and made no eye contact. They might of well as given me the questions ahead of time and had me just send in a video of myself answering the questions. Really bizarre.

The interview process was straightforward, with candidates primarily responding to inquiries about their professional experience. The management team conducting the interviews was approachable and focused on the key topics at hand. I recommend dressing appropriately for the position and maintaining attentiveness to the questions posed, taking a moment to consider your responses before speaking.
