Just one round of interview with about 4-5 questions and then time for questions on my end. Appears they have a healthy work environment as there has been little turnover with most employees there for over a decade.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Virginia School Boards Association (Charlottesville, VA) in June 2022

Email from director inviting me to zoom interview. 30 minute interview. Followed up with a thank you email. Received an email saying they decided to go in another direction. It sounded like they were not hiring now.
