The interview process was well structured and transparent, consisting of five main stages: 1) An initial interview with the recruiter. 2) Completion of an OPQ (personality) assessment. 3) A follow-up interview with the recruiter and hiring manager, including a discussion of the OPQ results and a few technical questions. 4) An IQ assessment. 5) Two technical presentations to the team: one about a recent project I had worked on, and another on a selected technical topic. Throughout the process, the recruiter provided clear guidance at each stage and offered valuable feedback, which made the experience professional and constructive.

O processo tem 4 etapas: análise de CV, one-way video interview, talent acquisition interview e technical interviews. A etapa de one-way video é bem difícil pois o tempo é curto para ler a pergunta e elaborar uma resposta.

Seleção em algumas etapas, com entrevista com RH, testes de habilidades lógico matemática, uma entrevista técnica e apresentação final. Feedback enviado ao final de cada etapa. Entrevistas seguiram em ritmo tranquilo, técnico e profissional, sem momentos em que me senti pressionado.
