3 stage interview process- telephonic interview & 2 rounds during face to face discussion
What I loved about the hiring process-
1) The comfort with the interviewers- A lot of space was given to ask questions and clarify absolutely anything
2) The overall learning during the interview process- Some of the questions asked were very sharp and helped me reflect
3) Gave me a view of the culture in the organisation- I met a few other employees to understand their experience and culture in the org
What could be better
1) Timeliness- Some interviews extended quite a bit. It wasn't a big challenge for me but was a cultural indicator
