It was in three steps, first HR interview where i had to answer a set of question regarding experience, then was given an overview of the company. Secondly there was a technical interview consisting of a take away assignment (with a one week deadline) and then one hour-long interview explaining the solution and enhancing it. The interviewers were amazingly professional and you could see the great level of technical knowledge! Lastly there was an interview with the direct manager which again, was great!

Applied on ln, first call with HR, a technical test to do at home then a call with part of the team where you get to know better what you will be doing and how things are in the company. You will also be asked questions, some technical some about how you would tackle different situations

+ Recruiter reached on LinkedIn + HR screening + Coding assignment (very lengthy and not worth) + Technical review + pair programming + Decision After thoroughly going through my resume and understanding my background they ask to do a coding assignment. This is quite complex and needs more than couple of hours. It looks like their existing feature which needs to be implemented from scratch. Then comes the feedback, which is positive but the engineer asks for hypothetical scenario which is never discussed in the assignment description. Then goes onto work with three questions and one tricky questions which is expected by the candidate to be solved. Everything is positive and then they reject with "needs more experience in Node.js" which they didn't see when the complex coding assignment was given. No questions related to Node were asked in the technical interview, but unable to solve the tricky question led to rejection.
