I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Virteva in July 2019
Interview
The company was great about communicating directly and specifically. In setting up the interview, I was first contacted by phone where I went through a basic interview. I was then contacted via email to set up on onsite interview. I met with HR first, then with two of the position supervisors. It was a friendly setting, and while they followed a process, there was plenty of personal interaction as well. I was given a "tour" of the facility which isn't very large, met with HR again to close out the interview, and was done in a decent amount of time.

Question 1
How would I handle this situation? (description followed)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Virteva (Golden Valley, MN) in May 2018
Interview
A phone screen with a recruiter about background/experience/interests followed by personality/behavioral based questions. Then I had a group in person interview with two folks from the sales and marketing team respectively. Fairly casual, they wanted to know why I wanted the internship/ what I knew about them and what I would be willing to do on the job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Virteva (Golden Valley, MN) in Apr 2018
Interview
I went through three rounds of interviews. I met with lower management, HR, and the COO. It was relaxed but very professional. They didn't ask me any questions that I thought were unnecessary or unfair. Overall, a great interview experience!
