Simple over-the-phone interview with the 2 company CEOs talking about my prior experience and expectations, describing what they were looking for and how the processes are organized within the company. Fairly standard and overall positive. Nothing tricky or weird, which I loved! After, I had to write a sample article on a provided topic. I have also been given contacts I could talk to and recommended web-resources for a mini-research - all regarding my topic, which made the overall experience of completing the test task smooth and straight forward.
