O processo incluiu três fases: uma avaliação técnica por Codility, seguida de duas entrevistas técnicas com perguntas quantitativas e de raciocínio lógico, e por fim uma entrevista comportamental com foco no meu histórico acadêmico e experiência anterior. As entrevistas foram desafiadoras, com perguntas sobre projetos, problemas algorítmicos e perguntas conceituais sobre mercados financeiros e a cultura da Virtu. Foi uma experiência intensa, mas muito enriquecedora.

OA - HR Call - Technical - Virtual Superday with 3 technical rounds. Technical rounds jumped into my resume quite deeply before moving on to questions in probability and EV. Very nice interviewers.

First step: Hackerrank test 75 minutes
I passed Hackerrank then they gave me an HR interview date for 3 weeks later. On the interview day, they cancelled the interview as they closed the position.
