Phone interview with an HR recruiter, then a video interview with the manager and supervisor of the department. They asked typical questions. The recruiter did ask me what my compensation requirements were, and then the offer was far below that, so that was confusing to me. So, I would verify with the recruiter the position falls within your comp before going through the interview process.
