Virtual Tech Gurus interview questions

I was called 3 times about a phone screen, they asked me a few questions. Then I went onsite. The CEO greeted me with a very arrogant attitude. He proceeded to tell me how awesome he was and how great the culture was there, when it's clear it was very toxic there. I ran into an employee while waiting for the interview who told me to run as fast as I can away from there. Then he asked me standard interview questions. He also mentioned that he wanted me to sign a paper saying I wouldn't write any negative reviews about him to which I said no. And this was just the first real interview. The CEO seems like a real micro manger and seemed to promote a toxic work environment.

I got a call from recruiter to schedule an interview. I went there for the interview. They just asked about my College subjects and tell me about the work that i am going to do. No interview at all. They did not even contacted me after that conversation.
