I applied online. I interviewed at Virtucom (McDonough, GA) in Jan 2026
Interview
They have a panel interview with you and two supervisors and a hiring manager where they all take turns asking questions about your experience and technical qualifications for the position. From there they will either sit you down with the director if he is available, or you will be asked to keep an eye on your email for a follow up if they are interested in moving forward.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Virtucom (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2025
Interview
I had an over the phone interview. She called exactly on time and was very straightforward. Asked relevant questions that let me discuss my experience and was very willing to answer my questions about the company and job position.

Question 1
Describe your experiences and how they can contribute to Virtucom
Strange. Was given a prompt for a whiteboard activity/presentation that made no sense - asked for clarification and was told it's whatever I think it is. Was given no notice that there would be something like this prior to interview either. Was supposed to just be the first get to know you meeting. Lots of questions. Both interview manager and team lead present. I read from others on the page that they extremely lowball you but I couldn't believe it when they said the salary would be $20,000 with no remote capability at all. I would have never even wasted my time. They also mentioned two 15 min breaks are allowed throughout the day. What more - do I need to ask to go to the bathroom too like a child? My God. It's borderline disrespectful. Good luck to whoever decides to join this company. Hope you find another side job to pay your bills.
