Mostly the conduct first round over phone. I applied through referral, My telephonic interview scheduled by one of the interview coordinator from Virtusa called me to confirm the interview time. I attended the interview, it was superb. After 10-15 days they called me and told me that I have cleared the 1st round and next round will be f2f with Citi client. They scheduled and cancelled it so many times. One day again I got a call from virtusa , one guy just started off with interview questions, I answered him around 90% correctly. One the same day HR called me and asked me to come down for f2f at their office to complete client interview. I asked why so many people are taking my telephonic round but the HR was clueless, he wasn't aware of the interview I just completed on that day. On next day when I called the HR to confirm my interview time he said don't ce today client didn't confirmed the time. After 2 days again HR called and asked can I come in hours for client round, I declined as it was short notice on working day. He scheduled for next day but next day in morning he called and told don't come interview is postponed. After 15 days, one project manager called me and took my 1 hour interview over phone and told me you will be called for client round next Monday. That monday never came. Now when I was about to complete my 2 months notice period (only 4 days were left), One of HR called me to schedule my client round, I declined and scolded him. Someone again called for the same again I scolded him and said a BIG NO to anything with Virtusa. Risk it with your risk.
