They sent me a programming assessment which had 2 practical coding tasks and a section with some open-ended questions related to software development. I believe I got the first coding task and the open-ended questions right, I had a slight technical issue with the second question. After submitting the assessment I never heard back from them, it's been about 3 months now and I still haven't been formally rejected.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Virtusa (Colombo, Western)
Interview
The interview process typically includes discussions on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, such as inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, and abstraction. Additionally, I expect some basic algorithm questions, like sorting, searching, and problem-solving using data structures such as arrays.
