Interview
Met HR recruiter at University career fair in Fall. Received an email if I was still interested in Spring. Phone interview with manager of Business Consulting practice. Was invited to New York, NY office for in-person second round interview. Was interviewed first by a senior manager then immediately with a recently hired consultant. 2 days later received an offer. Ask alot of analytical/problem solving questions to test your analytical thinking. Have to describe in detail how you came to your conclusion. Since it is consulting, they want to also see how you interact with them as this is an indicator how you will interact with clients.

First second round in person interviewer: How many planes are operating globally right now? Why do you believe this to be the best answer?
First second round in person interviewer: How many gas stations are there in Manhattan? how did you come to this conclusion?

Interview
Was called over the phone. Quick first interview and the second one took about some time. Both times had Good interviewees.
The hiring process is quite lengthy I have heard but it is a good place to work for even though I was unfortunate.
