The process was easy and seamless. The interview was nice and friendly although I didn't hear from them agian so I don't know if I did well or not. I was ghosted

Its very simple, first you fill a form, then they ask you to complete a cognitive test, and afterwards they will ask you to do an asynchronous interview, will be 4 questions and you have 10 minutes to complete it, your answers must be in video and in english. After you complete each answer, they will run a Speech to Text software on your answer before letting you go to the next question, keep that in mind because that can take up to a minute, and will eat up a good part of the time you have to complete it. If your english level is what they are looking for, then they will contact you via whatsapp to schedule a live interview with a recruiter, they will record some of it to show to your potential employer, and if selected, another live interview is scheduled this time with the employer. Once you go through the process, your contract will be sent to you for signing.
