Short call with hiring manager going over role responsibilities, then a very in depth 90min 2nd round going through a variety of questions for each job on my resume. Third round was a very in depth assignment, including being asked to capture UGC style footage for the video (to clarify, this was meant to showcase production skills, not to actually be used by Viscap; none of the products were provided so they literally could not utilize this footage). I was given a week to complete this assignment, so a good amount of time, however I chose to withdraw from the interview process and this point since the role didn't align with what I was looking for. The hiring manager was very nice throughout the entire process.
