Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Viscadia (Boston, MA)
Interview
round 1 was behavioral, round 2 was behavioral and a case study focused on market entry. both were very short, quick chats, and did not finish the case study with me.
The interview process is quite smooth at Viscdia. There was one computer based aptitude test, followed by one case study round which was taken by a Manager at the firm. Post this there was a fit round which was taken by the Head HR and the firm India Director. The Case round was pretty concise. There was a case study discussion, some questions on resume and a couple of guesstimates and puzzles. The Fit round although seemed pretty straight forward, but it's pretty subjective. I was asked some vague questions by the interviewers, one of them didn't even seem interested in the interview. If the interviewer isn't asking precise questions, the interpretation of the questions also becomes subjective.
