Vishleshan Software Solutions interview questions

Very unprofessional and low level-3rd class company. Very bad and worst interview experience. Interviewer Pradeepkumar Pal (around 2 years experience) was taking interview of a 3-year experience candidate, asking questions and counter-questions by referring to ChatGPT and searching on mobile. Very unprofessional. Company may miss talented and deserving candidates with this kind of hiring process. I was called for a face-to-face interview and solved Java questions properly, but answers were checked using old predefined sheets instead of real understanding. Please hire experienced interviewers first and don’t waste candidates’ time by calling them for travel without proper setup. I strongly advise others to avoid this company for Java roles and check their LinkedIn first. Regretting by wasting time and gave interview here.
