I applied through other source. I interviewed at Visionaire Partners (Richmond, VA) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview was straightforward! I initially met with Lauren Barahona to hear more about the role + share more about myself. Lauren helped me to understand what to expect with the 2 company specific (contract to hire) interviews that followed and checked in often throughout the process.
I always felt informed and updated on the process and always felt as if I could reach out with questions. The experience was very favorable overall.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Visionaire Partners (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2017
Interview
The interview process was smooth. I used a staffing agency. I did a phone screen and an in-person meeting with my Recruiter. Then I did my first onsite meeting with the Director of Recruitng, Ray Stack, and Recruitng Manager, Dani Beekman. Dani and I were both UGA grads, so we had something to bond over. I was invited back or a second interview, where I met with Ray again, and his two business partners, Todd Eichhorn and Doug Henderson. Todd was very easy going and conversational. Doug was a little more intense, but very kind. I did a roleplay with Doug. This was a little uncomfortable, but I made it through. I learned later that it is more important to attempt the roleplay with confidence rather than successfully "sell him something". After that, I met with a panel of Recruiters and Account Managers. This was more conversational and allowed me to ask more about the typical day to day and why everyone chose Visionaire. This was ultimately one of my deciding factors for choosing Visionaire. since I already had an offer on the table from a competitor, I requested to shadow. I sat with a top Recruiter for about 15-20 minutes. It was very helpful. I was offered the job the next day. I accepted. It has been the best decision I have ever made professionally.

Question 1
What are 3-4 things you are looking for out of our company?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Visionaire Partners (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2018
Interview
We started with about two different phone interviews in which their internal recruiter, Courtney, was very inviting and friendly. It was kept professional mostly about my skills and desires in a career and then we spent some time reviewing some basics about Visionaire Partners to decide if I would like to pursue the role further. I had two in person interviews where I met Courtney, their three partners, and a senior technical recruiter at the company. They were very inviting, professional, and honest.
