Visionet Systems Cloud Engineer interview questions

Its a very unprofessional company, for starters i had attended interview for "Cloud Engineer" they conducted 3 rounds which i cleared and after that the HR informs that they have some budget issue and will not be able to pay what was agreed before the interview process. Finally when the HR stops receiving call. I just don't understand how long it takes to inform in a professional manner that they have found some other candidate with less budget or anything as an update. This shows the culture and ethics of a company, and trust me i fell lucky that i didn't get myself engaged and wasted my time by working with VISIONET SYSTEMS. Thanks once again for wasting my time.
