Visionet Systems Sales Operations Manager interview questions

Had a very bad interview experience. The typical flow is to first complete online tests on aptitude and psychometric. I was then scheduled for a f2f interview at their Bangalore location. Before the interview I was asked to complete a case study and personal evaluation form. It took about 4 hours to complete. Then in the f2f interview with Sales and Strategy head I was asked simple questions about myself and what I know about visionet. I was then asked to complete another case study and submit it post lunch. It took another 2-3 hours to complete and then I was asked to leave as interviewer had meetings scheduled. Since then I haven’t been informed by the HR whether I have to go through further rounds or if it is end of the process for me. HRs dont respond to calls, and they ghost you completely. On the day of the interview, I was told that I will be called for another f2f next week. I had rescheduled all my meetings and work to make room for another f2f. Org should have the basic professionalism to inform candidates about the outcome of interview especially when someone is travelling to your location and is sitting in your office the whole day.
