The interview is fast and smooth. First was a phone call in which I was asked with few questions, some situational and some are basic questions. For the next one, it is an onsite interview.

Interview
Hiring managers were very nice. My 1st interview was with hr partner, the I proceed with the exam which kind of more on engineering side. Then I did two interviews with their visayas accounting heads (future supervisors if accepted) Both were smooth and nothing very technical. Lastly with the accounting group head which we talked about negotiations on salaries, the job itself and whatnots.

I was interviewed in Mandaluyong City. Passed the exam and interviewed by the hr. After that, the hr told that they will call me again because the hr head is on leave. It took 1+ month but still no call.
