Entrevista técnica, objetiva e bem conduzida. Avaliou conhecimentos em ECD, ECF, apuração de impostos e rotinas contábeis, com perguntas claras e pertinentes. Excelente comunicação e foco nos temas relevantes da função.
It was an engaging session with the recruiters. I gain experience in interviewing process even though I did not get the job. it was an online interview and they are open to negotiation

Interview
The reason I rate negative is only about HRs, which was disappointing, irresponsive. After second interview, I followed up three times (in 1 week, 2 weeks, and 3 weeks) while no answer at all. I am positive that there are a lot of great candidates and I am certainly not the best one, however, I felt not respected and concerned that no reply at all from the HRs after 3 follow ups, in fact, I never heard anything back since then, not even a rejection.
HR is always the first communication line for candidates and represent the company, the level of communication, I have deleted my personal file on Vistra system and would never consider Vistra based on the interaction with HR.
I had two interviews in total, First was with legal team manager and senior legal lawyer, second was with senior client relationship manager and head of legal.
Both interviews were great, clear communication, friendly but detail focused, they asked mainly about not only your past experiences, your knowledges & team match, but also your personality and personal life, I really enjoyed both.
