Vistry Group interview questions

The interview process included an initial phone screening, a competency-based interview, and a final panel assessment focusing on strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and alignment with the organisation’s values and goals.

Interview itself was fine, pretty standard. I was told in the interview (Tuesday) I would hear back by the end of the week, or early the following week. Two weeks after my interview I chased them as I had heard absolutely nothing, I almost instantly received a rejection email, and I assume had I not chased them I would not have ever heard back and they’d have just ghosted me.
