An extremely toxic and disrespectful interview experience. I completed the phone screening and passed the technical exam, eventually reaching the final round with their R&D director, who was unprofessional and disrespectful. He was almost 15 minutes late for the interview and offered no apology. The entire interview was disorganized and toxic; neither technical nor behavioral questions were asked. The only thing through out the interview was that I was far from qualified and that I should be sorry for being a person who loves studying. I honestly have no idea why I was put in the final round if they thought I was unqualified. It was a complete waste of time, and I can only imagine what working with such a toxic person who doesn’t respect candidates would be like. Interviewing with this company made me feel like they just want to shame random people for fun. Except their casual dress code, every single one of their friendly culture is fake. No wonder why they’re employees leaving so quick.
