Went through three rounds of interviews, including a presentation in the final stage. Although my presentation could have been stronger, I appreciated the opportunity to meet with the team. Unfortunately, I never received any final follow-up, neither an offer nor a rejection, which was disappointing after investing significant time in the process.

Question 1
What was my experience with managing website builds?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vital Design in July 2025
Interview
I had 2 interviews before they decided to move on with other candidates. Overall it was a positive experience. The first interview was with the person from HR. Not role-specific but still productive and helpful, and she let me know I would hear back no later than a week from the interview date.
The second interview was with the Director of Strategy and Manager of Paid Media. They asked questions about my experience in client-facing roles, what KPIs I tend to look at, why I want to leave my current job, why I'm interested in Vital, etc.
I heard back within a week for both interviews which I really appreciated.

Question 1
What does your day-to-day look like in your current job?
I applied online. I interviewed at Vital Design (Portsmouth, NH) in May 2025
Interview
Interviewed with HR and conversation went well. They said they would get back to me by the end of the week. It's been 6 weeks and haven't heard back. We discussed the role and my background. It sounded like the work aligned with what I've worked on in the past. I'm not sure what happened but I've taken another role at a different company
