Team Style Interview involving potential co-worker, direct management and senior management. Good solid skills and experience questions; easy interaction for the most part. Definitely was able to feel the interest even though there were more than 40 candidates. The company was still in start-up phase, but the interview panel knew their business and their future targets well. It was easy to see they were all vested in the success of the company and believed strongly in the founder.
Standard Urine test after offer letter was received, and a very prompt and timely on-boarding experience. Current staff was overworked, so training was pretty much self-driven once I realized there wasn't actually time to really train me. Good basic software program training, and I was already familiar with the industry.
