I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Vitalant (Lafayette, LA) in May 2026
Interview
Interview process was average. It’s all the same questions most companies ask. I was asked about 10 different questions and although I was overly qualified, I did not get picked because I was forced to work a very late night shift after stating my concern of being a woman on the road late at night.

How did you handle a difficult situation at a previous job?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Vitalant (Rosemont, IL) in Jan 2023
Interview
I was interviewed by human resources from another state other than Rosemont Illinois. They made empty promises. I accepted the position and found out otherwise once the job started. They cheated me out of my mileage, parking and toll fees.

They told me I would drive a company car. They asked me about my driving record and if I was comfortable driving throughout the Chicagoland area.
The interview process took about 2 weeks. First I was called by a screener, then I had a face-to-face interview with the head of Donor Relations, and finally met with the head of Donor Relations and Dontions.
