1. Phone call ask you about how you work and processes
2. Interview in the warehouse show you around and ask you questions.
3. Tell them you availability the sooner the better
A short phone interview with the HR representative, followed by an in-person interview with the warehouse manager. The in person interview was pleasant, as they seemed to care about my interests and passions outside of the workplace.
