It was an one to one interview through teams meet with the Head of Operation. There should be at least two rounds of interview though I failed to enter second round.

What is the expectation about the role and how to link the experience and skills to the new role with clear example as proof.
Met HR via Teams and then two members of Leadership Team at the Headquarters in Victoria.
Pleasant, interesting conversation, exchange of experiences and details on the role and expected deliverables.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Vitl (London, England) in June 2024
Interview
Job application was initially submitted on LinkedIn and I got a response within a few days. Had an initial 15 minute screening call then a longer 1 hour first round interview then a task to complete. Throughout the process the Vitl team was highly communicative. They challenged me on question answers as it’s clear they are a very switcher on team. Personally I liked that approach. Overall it was a very positive experience. Even though I was not made an offer, they provided detailed feedback on why this was the outcome.

Asked typical interview questions about my own experience and what I knew about the brand. Asked me to provide examples of when I had convinced a business leader to go ahead with my strategy suggestions.
