I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vitro Agency (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
I had a Zoom interview that lasted roughly 30 minutes with a director at the company. Afterward, they asked if I could provide more examples of copywriting examples that I had brought up during my interview.

Interview
Interviewing here was disorganized and terrible – was invited for a 1.5-2 hour panel style interview, which I was asked generic and useless questions, was subsequently strung along for weeks, and given a plethora of excuses as to why I haven't heard back either way. They eventually called/emailed to say the position was now filled.
I now work at a different media organization with way better pay, perks and unlimited PTO with an actual work life balance and am SO SO glad that this opportunity at Vitro removed itself in hindsight.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Vitro Agency (San Diego, CA) in Dec 2020
Interview
The first round was with the hiring manager which was great. The second was with a group of potential teammates but was pretty disorganized and they didn't know who was leading the interview. A few people were unable to attend the interview (6-7 were invited, but 3 showed up) so there was supposed to be a third with the rest of the team. I was sent a formal application and told I'd have the third interview but didn't hear back for almost two weeks when they told me the position had been filled. I don't think this process was organized or fair.

Typical interview questions and a few situational questions. Mostly tried to suss out personality, I think.
