Vivacity Group interview questions

I received a call from the HR Manager to briefly go over my resume and stated that the Managing Director was interested in meeting with me to discuss more in depth about the hiring process and details of the job. When meeting with the Managing Director i was quite nervous but then after speaking with him it was more of a conversation and made me feel comfortable being there instead of being grilled about my work history and resume. It was very informative and very relaxing to go in and meet with them had a great experience.

Very laid back and informative, but was not the type of job I was looking for. Responsibilities included going to retail stores to talk to potential clients. I was looking for an office job with benefits and a pathway to advance and did not think this marketing job would fit that description. Every entry level job starts the same and you work your way up through the company. Definitely was not what I was expecting.
