Vivartia interview questions

The First step were online tests (general knowledge & easy mathematics) The second step were an Assessment Center with other candidates (case study) & an interview with HR The third step was a final interview with the CEO

First interview on site went well. Pleasant interviewers asking common interview questions. Good atmosphere overall with lots of back and forth interaction. Got invited to a second interview with the hiring manager. To start off he was late. His behaviour was atrocious and he was all over the place. Didn't seem half interested in the interview, checked his phone on and off and gave toxic boss vibes. At some point he showed me the CV of another candidate who had changed careers twice and told me people like this lack focus and wondered what's the point of interviewing them. He hadn't even seen that person yet. It's been months now and haven't heard back which doesn't surprise me. It's common decency to get back to any candidates who reached the interview stage, let alone second interview. It was clear the hiring manager lacked any decency and unfortunately ruined the experience for me.
