Interview
Met with several people. Questions were informal and relatively easy. Main focus was on being able to shift focus easily and wearing multiple hats. People were nice and friendly. Interview lasted about two hours.

Interview
The interview consists of phone interview, individual interview and group interview. The company will like to know about your technical and management background and skills associated with it. They will also look into your attitude on working in a small firm comparing to a large one. They want to make sure that the new candidate can mesh around well with the existing employees and willing to learn.
