Phone screen, interview assignment, skype interview, and then final skype interview (if OOS). The recruiter is an amazing person, who genuinely has your best interest at heart. She is very helpful, and you should definitely listen to her advice! She is a great interviewer and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

Interview
There is an initial phone interview to introduce yourself and ask questions about the job. If the interview goes well, you are given a mock assignment to complete that is similar to work you would be doing for the position.
