Vizergy interview questions

The first person to interview you has no idea what your job actually is and just asks questions from a sheet of paper. Then if they like you you move to the next person to see if they like you and if you are even sub par you can get a job because they are so desperate for people due to high turnover.

i applied online and within days the HR Manager called me and conducted a phone interview, within the same week i came in and met with my program director and immediate manager, and then met solely with HR Manager who asked more of the typical interview questions (strengths, weaknesses, etc.)
