Got placed through internship, asked all practical questions through face to face interview, no bookish questions, so was difficult as a fresher, knowing about company and the practical HR Operation related things would have made it much easier
Behavioural interviews with competency testing for collaboration, and strategic thinking. Easy to moderate difficulty and 1-2 rounds in total. Process is simple. Good work experience preparation helps and having answers ready for situational questions helps.
