Two telephone screening interviews with an HR employee, then an in-person interview with the hiring manager. She committed to communicating her decision within a week. I never heard another word.

The hiring manager would barely shut up long enough for me to say anything. Every time I asked a question or offered info about myself, I felt like I had to interrupt to do it.
