Overall, I found the interview process to be well-structured and professionally conducted. Although I was not selected for the role, I appreciated the kindness, respect, and collaboration shown by the interview team. In the seocond interview, the interviewer asked me to share my background job experiences and how they have prepared me for this role. She was particularly interested in specific problems I had solved in the past, the inputs and decision-making process I used, my approach to team management, and how I resolved any conflicts that may have arisen.
