Very efficient and transparent process. Trading operations and corporate action case study / analyses using word and excel followed by 3 rounds of video interviews with HR, hiring team and CFO.

Interview
It was long and tedious with 6 rounds. Made it to Round 5 and got cut off when they asked about GPA. They really care about that. Overall I'd say you're interviewing with a white people company, it was okay.
Several rounds of interviews with people of increasing seniority. One of the rounds involved a take home portion that you then discuss with a current employee. Final round is five back to back interviews with people from various teams.
