Volkswagen Group Digital Solutions India Fullstack Java Developer interview questions

I applied through staffing agency.They called me in on Saturday and asked me to sit with one of their programmers for pair programming round.Round took about 30 minutes, later HR came to me and had discussion about the Company profile,my profile and my salary expectations.Then HR asked me to come on weekday(so I had to drive there for 2 hours in traffic for a round worth 30 minutes) There were 3 Rounds in total on the second day, first 2 were of pair programming style, it was utter waste of time, basically they make you sit with their employees and ask you to complete their sprint tasks.I was both amused and mad with the realization that I took a leave from my current organization to complete tasks in their organization. First 2 round took approximately 5-6 hours(as I said utter waste of time), the tasks themselves were pretty basic coding for someone who is working in spring boot and angular on regular basis. 3rd Round was a 1-1 technical/Managerial discussion with the product manager, it was okay.Few interesting questions but overall okay. Then HR came and spoke to me after some discussion he said he would be releasing the offer in couple of days. Once the offer was actually released, I realized it was very less from what I was demanding(also there was about 15% variable).When I asked the HR if he knew my expectations and he knew he couldn't meet those why did he go ahead with the process and wasted my 2 days he had no answer. If you have been called to Volkswagen IT Services for an interview, my advice is be very cautious or you might waste couple of days for nothing, their HRs have no regards for the time of the candidates.
