An online test followed by two face to face rounds. After clearing the first round I was called for the second round, it went pretty well, I was very positive about the result. After a period of one month; one day I finally get a call from Volkswagen; but what the person at the other end asked me shocked me!!...he asks me 'Why didn't you attend the second round'....I tried to convince him that I did attend the interview, but neither the consultancy nor Volkswagen had any updates about or feedback about my second round. Later one day he said that you were found not suitable after the second round. I know they messed up my second round interview result. They didn't even know that I did attend the interview. Worst experience!..wasted my two days!!.. don't be so careless, very unprofessional and careless people.
