Really Time-wasting process with HR being worst among all as I gave First round over the phone after which there was no communication from VWITS for over a month, Then out of Blue Moon I was asked to appear for second round with no knowledge of nature of interview, I took a day off for the interview as the timing was decided that of a week-day. After that an technical interview for which I was made to wait at their Hinjewadi office for an hour. At last interview went well with two of their technical expertise. Up to this point it was okay and they also told me that I did good and asked the Technical Lead for the project they were hiring to have a meeting with me, that also went well and I was asked to leave for the day, After two weeks HR asked me for all the documents over the mail for further proceedings including Bank statement and all. It's been 50 days after that with no communication from HR via Mail or call , further adding to that I mailed to ask if everything is alright to their Head HR who asked me for the documents and till day no response even to reminder mail. I would suggest Volkswagen Pune HR Department - Guys have some courtesy towards people as you are representing a worldwide renowned company .
